Video Editing for Podcasters

One recording becomes a week of content. We cut the episode, pull the clips, and hand it all back ready to publish.

The problem

Recording the episode was the easy part

  • The edit is longer than the episode

Two hours of multi-cam takes far longer than two hours to cut, and it lands on whoever in the team has the least time.

  • The clips never get made

Everyone knows the short-form is where the growth is. It is also the job that gets dropped when the episode itself is late.

  • The video version is an afterthought

Audio goes out clean; the video goes out as a static waveform or a single locked-off shot, and it performs like one.

  • Every episode looks slightly different

Different intro, different captions, different lower thirds — because whoever cut it that week did it their way.

How we work

One recording in. A week of content out.

A podcast is not one piece of content. It is a long-form episode, a set of short-form clips, a thumbnail, and a set of assets that have to look like they came from the same show. Most podcasts publish the first one and never get to the rest.

Video Editor Agency takes the whole recording and returns the set. The same editor cuts every episode, so the intro, the captions and the lower thirds stay identical week to week. Revisions are genuinely unlimited — a show that publishes on a schedule cannot afford an edit that stalls.

What we deliver

What we edit for podcasts

  • Multi-cam episode editing

Speaker switching cut to the conversation, not to a timer.

  • Short-form clips from the episode

Vertical, captioned, cut for TikTok, Reels and Shorts rather than cropped from the wide.

  • Branded lower thirds, intro and outro

    The same set every week.

  • Chapter markers

So a two-hour episode is navigable instead of a wall.

  • Audio cleaned and levelled

Room noise, mismatched mic levels, the cough in take three.

  • Thumbnail design

    Per episode, A/B-ready.

Send us one episode

Give us a recording and tell us where you publish. We will cut the episode and the clips, and you can judge the set rather than a sample.
