The terms that apply to any actual project are the ones in the written quote or agreement we send you.
These terms cover the use of this website and the editing work we do for clients.
1. Who you are dealing with
Video Editor Agency is a trading name of Mango Media Digital, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. When you engage us, your contract is with Mango Media Digital. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Mango Media Digital trading as Video Editor Agency.

2. What we do
We provide video editing and related post-production services. The specific services available are listed on our services page. Every project is agreed in writing before work starts — what is being edited, what you will receive, and what it costs.
3. Prices
Our rates are published on our pricing page. The price for your project is the one stated in the written quote we send you and which you accept. If the scope changes after that — more footage, a longer final cut, a different format — we will tell you what it changes before we do the work, not afterwards.
Payment terms — when payment is due and how it is made — are set out in the written quote for your project and agreed before work starts.
4. Revisions
Revisions are unlimited. There is no cap on the number of revision rounds and no extra charge for them. We keep working until you are satisfied with the edit.
Unlimited revisions apply to the project as it was briefed. If you decide partway through that you want something materially different — new footage, a different length, a different format — that is a new or expanded project, and we will agree it with you before starting.
5. Timelines
We agree a delivery date with you in writing before work starts. If anything is going to delay it, we will tell you as soon as we know rather than on the day it is due. If you are late sending footage or feedback, the delivery date moves by roughly the same amount.
6. Your footage, and who owns the result
You keep ownership of everything you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use the footage, music, images and other material you supply, and that our editing it will not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Once you have paid in full, the finished edit is yours to use however you like. We keep the right to be identified as the editor, but we will not show your work publicly without asking you first.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your footage, scripts, plans and anything else you share with us as confidential. We do not discuss your projects with other clients and we do not use your material to train anything.
8. Cancelling
Either of us can end a project before it is finished. If that happens, what is payable for the work already completed is agreed in writing at that point.
9. This website
The text, design and images on this website belong to us. You are welcome to read, print and share the pages; please do not republish the content as your own.
We keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or error-free.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when we agreed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
